AUBURN RAY is a sweeping homage to love and healing in all its forms.

The album charts a musical and spiritual awakening – the “scary and exciting land of love, and self love, and honouring of my soul purpose” says Kate Fleming the musician behind KT JEWEL.

Written over a year or so in KT Jewel’s current home of Bali, this recording is a potent combination of rawness and vulnerability, intensity and expansiveness.

“The song DIVINE was when I began to pray to ‘the universe’ and ‘the universal love source’, my past ancestors, my deceased family and loved ones – to start to connect to energy and power greater than myself,” she says.

“I started to pray to ask for music, and for healing through music, and it seems from this time on music has been coming and I have been ready and I have been performing with full power and full confidence for the first time in my life.
